Polyester masterbatch is a functional composite material specially designed for coloring polyester products. Polyester processing often involves high-temperature melt spinning or injection molding, with temperatures reaching 250-300℃. The color masterbatch must remain stable within this range, without decomposition or discoloration, to ensure uniform color of the finished product. At the same time, its lightfastness and weather resistance need to match the application scenarios of the products. For polyester products used outdoors, the color masterbatch should be able to resist the influence of light and temperature differences and reduce fading. Compatibility with polyester is also of vital importance to avoid affecting the mechanical properties of the product.
In terms of application scenarios, polyester masterbatches cover a wide range of polyester products. In the textile field, it is used for coloring polyester filament and staple fibers, making them into clothing fabrics, home textile products, etc., and endowing them with rich colors.
