1、High Tenacity PP Filament Color Masterbatch

Product Introduction: 

This color masterbatch is based on high-flowability polypropylene as the carrier. It uses organic pigments resistant to high-temperature during spinning and an efficient dispersion system, and is produced through twin-screw melt blending and granulation. The component design takes into account the coloring stability under high stretching ratios, and can maintain a low die head pressure accumulation during high-speed spinning, which helps to reduce the fuzzing phenomenon caused by pigment agglomeration. 


Application fields: 

Suitable for coloring of industrial polypropylene filament products with high requirements for tensile strength, such as heavy-duty binding tapes, base materials for safety lifting belts, and filaments used for geogrids in mining and water conservancy projects. 


2. Standard Tenacity PP Filament Color Masterbatch

Product Introduction: 

This product is made by using conventional temperature-resistant pigments and a general-purpose polypropylene carrier. It is prepared through an optimized shear dispersion process and exhibits excellent batch reproducibility of color. Its melt flow behavior is compatible with the conventional polypropylene filament spinning process, allowing for stable coloring under normal spinning speeds, and has a relatively small impact on the softness and feel of the finished filament. 


Application fields: 

It is widely used for coloring various products such as accessory fabrics for clothing (such as bag straps, clothing linings), household decorative fabrics (such as curtain ties, sofa underlays), ordinary industrial filter cloths, and various civilian polypropylene filament products. 


3. High Light Fastness PP BCF Carpet Masterbatch

Product Introduction: 

The core pigment of this color masterbatch undergoes a special stabilization surface treatment and is combined with an efficient light stabilization system, which can effectively delay the color fading caused by outdoor light exposure. During the process of expanded deformation processing, it has a low interference on the curling and lofting properties of the fibers, which helps to maintain the volume and resilience of BCF yarns. 


Application fields: 

This colorant is specifically designed for the dyeing of acrylic BCF carpet yarns. It is particularly suitable for areas with high indoor foot traffic (such as commercial square carpets), semi-outdoor spaces (such as balcony and corridor carpets), and automotive interior carpets, which have higher expectations for weather resistance. 


4. PP Spunbond & Staple Fiber Masterbatch for Packaging

Product Introduction: 

This product is designed based on the characteristics of the spunbond non-woven fabric production line and the short fiber spinning process. It has a low volatile content and excellent filtering performance. The uniformity of the pigment dispersion can meet the shading or marking coloring requirements for thinner-weight non-woven fabrics, and it has no significant adverse effects on the uniformity and softness of the finished fabric surface. 


Application fields: 

Suitable for the conventional coloring of polypropylene spunbond non-woven fabric used in industrial packaging (such as the outer packaging coating layer for chemical products, building materials, and agricultural and sideline products) as well as polypropylene short fibers (used for filling materials, oil-absorbing felt, sound insulation cotton, etc.). 


5. Outdoor Grade PP Spunbond & Staple Fiber Masterbatch

Product Introduction:

This formula is based on the conventional coloring system and incorporates a combination of anti-ultraviolet aging additives, as well as selected composite pigments with excellent resistance to migration. This color masterbatch helps to reduce the common surface fading and brittleness tendencies of polypropylene products under long-term exposure to sunlight and rain, while also taking into account the processability during spinning. 


Application fields:

Specifically designed for polypropylene non-woven fabric products that are exposed to outdoor environments for a long time, such as agricultural weed-preventing fabric, plant maintenance covering materials, outdoor furniture covers, sunshade net fabric, as well as coloring of outdoor polypropylene short fibers (such as artificial grass base fabric, outdoor carpet backing). 


6. Super-dispersed PP SMS Nonwoven Masterbatch 

Product Introduction: 

This product adopts a specially modified dispersant process, enabling the pigments to achieve a fine and uniform distribution state within the polypropylene matrix. This color masterbatch can adapt to the fine flow channels and high-speed airflow fields of the melt-blown components in the SMS composite non-woven fabric production line. It has a relatively small impact on the uniform coverage of the melt-blown fiber layer and the final breathability resistance of the composite fabric. 


Application fields: 

Suitable for SMS non-woven fabric products that have requirements for filtration efficiency and barrier performance, including industrial-grade protective clothing, medical sterilization packaging materials, high-efficiency filter composite layers, and colored functional SMS fabrics with anti-static or anti-alcohol properties. 


7. Hygiene Grade PP Color Masterbatch

Product Introduction: 

This color masterbatch uses a pigment and additive system that has undergone relevant safety assessments. It strictly controls the content of volatile organic compounds and extractables. The formulation design fully takes into account the high-speed operation characteristics of the disposable hygiene production line. After addition, it has minimal interference with the hydrophilicity, soft touch and breathability of the non-woven fabric, and the final product has a low odor. 


Application fields: 

A type of disposable polypropylene fabric for direct skin contact, covering the leak-proof flaps and base non-woven fabric of baby and adult diapers, the surface or drainage layer of feminine hygiene products, as well as medical care pads, adult incontinence products, etc., which have higher requirements for skin sensation and safety.
