1、Eco Halogenated Flame Retardant Masterbatch

Product Introduction: Based on a halogen-containing flame-retardant system, it has been processed through an environmentally friendly process. It features high efficiency in addition and can provide excellent flame-retardant properties to the material with a relatively low dosage. 


Application suggestions: Applicable to fields such as electronic and electrical enclosures, automotive interior components, industrial fabrics, and building insulation materials where there are specific requirements for flame retardant grades. This product complies with the current environmental protection and recycling processing standards. 


2. Halogen-Free Non-Dripping Flame Retardant Masterbatch

Product Introduction: This product adopts a phosphorus-nitrogen halogen-free flame retardant system. During the combustion process, it promotes the formation of carbon on the material surface and inhibits the phenomenon of molten droplets falling, thereby reducing the risk of flame spread. Application suggestions: Applicable to films, blown films, non-woven fabrics and injection molded parts. Widely used in the surface layers of hygiene products, inner membranes for food packaging, smooth-type pipes and other fields. 


4.  Water Repellent Masterbatch

Product Introduction: By adding internally, the surface of the material is given a lower wettability, making it difficult for water molecules to adhere and penetrate, thereby providing reliable waterproofing and barrier properties. 

Application suggestions: Applicable to protective clothing, outdoor tents, waterproof packaging materials, agricultural plastic films, and medical hygiene water-repellent non-woven fabrics, etc. 


5. Anti-Static Masterbatch

Product Introduction: The internal addition type anti-static solution forms conductive pathways within the material or migrates to the surface to form a moisture-absorbing layer, effectively dissipating accumulated static charges and reducing the risks of dust collection and static breakdown.
