1、Bio-Based Fiber Masterbatch

Product Introduction: Using biobased polymers derived from renewable plant resources (such as polylactic acid PLA, polyhydroxyalkanoates PHA, bio-based PA, etc.) as the carrier, and combining multiple functional additives, specific processing and usage properties are imparted to the biobased fibers, while maintaining the biobased nature of the material. 

Application suggestions: Suitable for the modification processing of bio-based long fibers, short fibers and non-woven materials. Widely applied in sustainable clothing fabrics, degradable filtering materials, environmentally friendly household products, automotive interior bio-based non-woven fabrics and compostable packaging materials, etc.

2、Bio-Based Color Masterbatch

Product Introduction: Utilizing biobased polymers as the carrier, combined with selected pigments or dyes, this product offers a uniform and stable coloring solution for biobased products. This series of products has excellent compatibility with biobased substrates, which helps maintain the proportion of biobased carbon content in the finished products. 

Application suggestions: Widely used for coloring of injection-molded parts, blown film products, extruded sheets and spun yarns of biobased polyesters (such as PLA, PBAT, etc.), applicable to fields such as environmentally friendly packaging boxes, degradable garbage bags, biobased tableware, sustainable fashion clothing and green daily necessities.
