1、Super-dispersed Black Masterbatch for PA6

Product Introduction: This is a high-concentration black masterbatch based on PA6, which uses super-dispersion technology to ensure that carbon black is evenly distributed in the matrix. This effectively reduces black spots and color variations, thereby ensuring the smoothness of the spinning and injection molding processes. 

Application suggestions: Suitable for PA6 filament spinning (POY, FDY, industrial filament), injection molded parts and extruded products. Widely used in luggage wheels, electronic and electrical structural components, automotive interior fasteners and black fiber products. 

2. Super-dispersed Black Masterbatch for PA66

Product Introduction: This high-thermal-stability black masterbatch is specially developed for the PA66 system. It maintains a good dispersion state and color performance even under the higher processing temperature range of PA66, reducing the risk of yellowing at high temperatures. 

Application suggestion: Specifically designed for coloring requirements of PA66 engineering plastic injection molded parts (such as components around automotive engines, electrical terminals), extruded pipes, and PA66 high-strength industrial yarns.

3. Boiling Resistant PA Color Masterbatch

Product Introduction: Utilizing water-resistant pigments and specially stabilized treatment, it can maintain excellent color retention even under conditions of wet heat or boiling water, reducing the migration and fading of dyes or pigments during the boiling process.
